Voice Calls on a Galaxy Tab

Attendue au tournant, la tablette Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 est disponible depuis cet été dans sa nouvelle version ultra-fine. Nous l’avons testée et comparée à la tablette référence d’Apple. Alors… simple copie ou véritable alternative à la tablette reine ? La Galaxy Tab 10.1 nous a emballé au niveau hardware mais elle demeure en retrait, selon nous, au niveau logiciel avec une interface plus “fouillie” et un accès aux contenus moins intuitif que sur iPad. can it work in samsung galaxy tab 10.1?
I’ve no phone service only the 10.1 gtab how do I go about making phone calls? this setup is very different th an my laptop
you say that you have a regular att sim card in your tab but you dont mention what plan do you have with your tab. Is it just data plan? or do you have to have voice and data plan in order to make phone calls?

I’ve seen a video today of someone making a call with a tab from sprint.
Verizon sucks anyway but there is a way to get around there restriction from watching a video today i’ve seen, however it was void the warranty.
I don’t think that’s accurate, I just saw a guy with a galaxy tab for T-mobile showing how to answer and make calls and it was a very very good call.
this video is stupid… how about you tell us how you did it! What programs you need etc. All this video does is show us that you know how to call your wife. Thats great.
Wow I thought that this was not allowed by all of the US carriers. You can use Line2 on the Verizon and Sprint versions.

You might want to add that only the ATT version can make calls and retain 3g. The TMobile one looses the 3g ability when you flash it for phone calls.
wait so the sound is actually good while making phone calls in this? I thought it was supposed to be garbage without an earpiece or headset

C’est la meilleur tablette en termes de vente et est donc la référence dans ce domaine.
Rolala ça m’énerve ça pourquoi vouloir tout comparer a apple a croire qu’Apple est le seul organisme ou je ne sais comment appeler ça qui a les capacités de faire de la bonne technologie pfff.
Ceux qui disent achetez l’ipad c’est mieux euh on a pas vraiment tous les moyens d’acheter un ipad
1. Le flash tue la batterie et fait partie du passé. Le HTML5 est le futur.
2. L’écran manque de définition

ne critiquer pas les animateur, il sont neutre, ils ne sont pas plus apple que samsung, ils comparent juste 2 leader c tout

. Après on peut se demander si le nombre d’applications est un critère vraiment pertinent. Avis perso, mais quand on a l’essentiel des applications et leur équivalent des deux côtés, il faut aussi et surtout se pencher sur la qualité et la stabilité de celles-ci. Et là, ca se discute IMO. J’utilise android, ben je suis bien obligé de reconnaitre que régulièrement, ca plante/ bug et qu’il faut bidouiller pour que ca marche si par chance ca marche sur la version que t’as.
Ses normal qu’ils compar avec apple ! apple est connu de tous , donc il est plus facile de comparer avec un produit apple qu’un produi htc par exemple…
Le Android Market (Play Store) est maintenant plus garnie que IOS ^^

Android cartonne c’est une évidence. Je comprends ces mecs pro apple qui dénigre samsung et autres tablettes avec une frustration sans égale parcequ’il est tout simplement meilleur juste pour cette philosophie FREE !!. Je suis possesseur d’un macbook pro je félicite apple pour ce laptop. Mais c’est pas pour autant que je deviens un fan boy apple.
moi je pense que s est apple copie samsung car des que samsung a sorti le sii il on sorti le 4s avec des spec casi identique et le nouvelle ipad est juste une copie d une tab android sous tegra 3

pas d’accord avec vous certe elle est utile comme l’ipad2 mais sa saute aux yeux simple copie malheureusement là ou on voit reellement la difference c’est le logiciels android et mac os x rien à voir de loin c une insulte pr les utilisateur mac et apple car c de loin le meilleurs logiciels android vulgaire logiciels banale d’ailleurs…à mes yeux vs encouragez les copieurs en l’achetant.
